Estimate terms
Planning estimate terms
The online result is a planning tool—not a booked-move contract or guaranteed final charge.
Planning purpose
The calculator applies the published company configuration to the route, inventory, packing, access and materials entered by the customer. It produces an estimated midpoint and planning range for comparison and lead qualification.
Customer-provided assumptions
The result is only as complete as the submitted information. Hidden items, incorrect quantities, unavailable parking, building restrictions, long carries, specialty equipment and other job-day conditions may change the work.
Route data
When Google Routes is configured, the site uses returned one-way distance and normal drive duration. Otherwise the user may enter those values manually. Actual traffic and route conditions can vary.
Published company model
The current company configuration uses a $159 hourly starting rate for two movers and one truck, a three-hour minimum, a $40 hourly increment for each additional mover, a configured travel treatment, a published overtime schedule and disclosed stair, heavy-item and materials charges.
Booking documents
A move is not booked by calculating or saving an online estimate. A confirmed job requires the applicable written moving documents, verified company identity and permit information, confirmed scope and a Not-to-Exceed amount where required.
Changes before launch
Rates, legal copy and company identity fields must be reviewed and completed before production. The signed documents control where they differ from this planning page.
